33b Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User") and 33b ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 33b website available at 33b.vin, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, account features and related services. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including players accessing 33b from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh and all other locations within Bangladesh. By accessing, registering, depositing, or placing any bet on the 33b platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

33b reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time with or without prior notice to registered users. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with the effective date clearly stated. Continued use of the 33b platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any modification, you must cease using the platform and close your account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to remain informed of any changes.

To register a 33b account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You have not previously been excluded, banned or suspended from 33b or any related platform.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, current and complete. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You are not acting as an agent, representative or affiliate of any third party without prior written consent from 33b.

33b reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including a National ID card or passport) from any registered player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawal requests until the verification process is completed.

All financial transactions on the 33b platform are governed by the following conditions:

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳50 per transaction. 33b does not impose a deposit fee, but your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method from which the most recent deposit was made, subject to available balance, KYC status and any applicable wagering requirements on active bonus funds.
• 33b processes withdrawal requests during standard business hours Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Processing times may vary depending on the volume of pending requests. Completed KYC verification significantly accelerates withdrawal processing.
• All funds deposited into a 33b account must be sourced from payment instruments owned by and registered to the account holder personally. 33b reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any deposit at any time.
• In cases where fraudulent, reversed or chargeback transactions are identified, 33b reserves the right to recover the equivalent amount from the player's account balance, including by voiding related winnings and permanently restricting the account.

33b does not accept deposits made using funds obtained through illegal activity. Any deposits identified as being sourced from illegal proceeds will be reported to the appropriate authorities and all associated balances will be frozen pending investigation.

The following rules apply to all game types and betting markets available on the 33b platform, including slots, live casino, crash games, sports betting and lottery products:

• All bets placed on the 33b platform are final once confirmed. Bets may not be cancelled, reversed or amended after confirmation except in circumstances where a verifiable technical error on the 33b platform caused the bet to be placed incorrectly.
• In the event of a technical disruption, game malfunction or connectivity failure during a game round or live betting market, 33b reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account. No additional compensation will be paid in connection with a void round.
• Odds and game RTP (Return to Player) figures published on the 33b platform are indicative. Actual returns will vary based on individual game outcomes. 33b does not guarantee specific returns on any bet or game session.
• Sports betting markets may be suspended, voided or settled differently from the displayed odds in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment, player withdrawal, venue change or force majeure events. Settlement of cricket betting markets follows the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BPL, ICC, BCB or equivalent).

33b is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing players with tools to manage their activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered 33b account holders:

• Voluntary deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps from within their account dashboard. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary account time-out or a longer-term self-exclusion through 33b support. Self-exclusion periods range from 7 days to permanent. During exclusion, the player's account will be inaccessible and no promotional communications will be sent.
• Reality checks: At the player's request, 33b can configure periodic session reminders that display time-in-session and net session outcome to encourage informed decision-making about continued play.

33b encourages any player who feels that their gambling is negatively affecting their finances, relationships or mental health to use the self-exclusion tools available through their account dashboard or to contact 33b support directly. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33b shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, even if 33b has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 33b's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim relating to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

33b makes no warranty that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 33b will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee continuous uptime particularly during scheduled maintenance windows, which will be communicated to registered players where reasonably practicable.
